We use submitted contact information to respond to early-access requests and operate the service. Pilot call-recording and retention terms are configured per business and jurisdiction before activation.

We use PostHog to understand aggregate website and product usage. If session replay is enabled, all visible text and form inputs are masked before a replay is sent.
